You have a practical and can-do approach that is very reassuring, and we can tell you take a lot of pride in your work. You found a very good tenant for us in a short period of time. The monthly statements are comprehensive and easy to read, keeping us up-to-date on every aspect of caring for our home.
When moving to Louisville in 2008, I knew I wanted to rent in the Highlands. I feared this would mean living in a less than ideal apartment and dealing with constant repairs. I searched the area for a few days for "the perfect apartment"- something that was new and nice, and within walking distance of all that the Bardstown Rd. area had to offer. Unfortunately, all I found was units that had not been kept up well and property managers who were charging more than the units were worth, based on their condition. Luckily, I stumbled upon an ad in Craigslist for a unit being rented by Robert Massey Company. Upon visiting the unit, I knew it was mine. Though it was an older four-plex, you could not tell from the inside of the unit. The apartment met all my needs- providing me a clean, comfortable, well-maintained apartment in a prime location for a reasonable rate. I stayed in my apartment for 2 years and was extremely happy with my experience; the only reason I moved out was because I was getting married. I would highly recommend Robert Massey Company to anyone looking for quality rental property in the Louisville area.

My wife and I have lived in a Robert Massey property for over a year, and the experience has been nothing but pleasant. Our positive experience with Robert Massey began even before we had signed a lease. We had already made inquiries into several properties, but between rude representatives who didn’t have time for us to poorly maintained properties, we had just about given up hope. All that changed when we called Robert Massey. Their representative made time right away to meet us and personally show us around. Trust us, this isn’t standard practice for most apartments or condos anymore. It meant a lot to us to see someone still cares about the impression they make. We signed the lease that day. Things have only gotten better since moving in. So many places don’t care what happens once you’ve signed the lease, but you can tell the staff here really takes pride in their jobs. The grounds are kept immaculate, from the regular, thorough cleaning of the common areas to the well-groomed landscaping. Any time we have needed to call requesting service (like refilling the Freon in our air conditioning or unclogging the exhaust pipe for our dryer; nothing caused by poor maintenance), our manager has been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond to make herself available and provide us with white glove service. On the same note, they’ve obviously put a lot of thought into the people they use for maintenance. Every person they’ve sent out has gotten there quickly and been able to fix the problem. As a little bonus, they’ve all had good attitudes about being there. I don’t know what more we could ask for.
